  • Wendy is a qualified architect with a wealth of experience of whole life carbon assessment as well as Passivhaus and EnerPHit design.

She enjoys working collaboratively to create healthy and sustainable buildings that bring people joy. Analytical and thorough, she thrives on the challenges of a complex project, and loves communicating process and outcomes as clearly as possible -preferably with a carefully honed diagram or chart.

Wendy volunteers at a local nature reserve and enjoys holidays by train.

  • David has over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry as a sustainability engineer. He has worked across a broad range of sectors delivering low energy design solutions to projects. His background in structural engineering and architecture give him a unique, holistic insight into building design.  He leads our Edinburgh team, and loves to tackle the complex challenges of larger projects.

  • Lorenzo is an energy and sustainability engineer with over 9 years’ experience in the construction industry, and leads our London team.

He has extensive Passivhaus expertise, from project design to site delivery. Drawing on his background in construction and architectural engineering, he fosters dialogue between disciplines in design teams, and champions the use of cutting-edge digital tools to optimise sustainable, low-carbon design.

In his spare time Lorenzo enjoys DIY, photography and Crossfit, and is striving to make the perfect sourdough loaf.

  • Kate is an experienced project manager and sustainability consultant. Her specialisms include retrofit, whole life carbon and climate resilience, with a particular focus on retrofitting existing buildings to make them better for both people and planet. Kate is a qualified Passivhaus Consultant, and her work includes both detailed modelling and design of retrofit interventions – especially for heritage buildings – and estate-wide strategic decarbonisation projects.

  • Carrie is an experienced sustainability consultant and a qualified Passivhaus Designer. Carrie has worked on numerous large scale projects from masterplans development to individual buildings, including student accommodations, education buildings, sports facilities, museums and health care facilities. Carrie has worked on commercial Passivhaus projects with a focus on collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to minimise impacts to the environment and make high performance and  healthy buildings.

  • As a qualified architect, Wyn brings over 17 years of experience across all stages of the design and construction process, leading design teams on an interesting and varied range of projects in both residential and education sectors. Wyn has a particular interest in super low energy multi-residential buildings to drive down operation costs and fuel bills, providing residents with year-round comfort at minimal financial impact.

  • With a background in architecture and environmental design, Emma has over 10 years’ industry experience across a broad range of building physics, passive design and sustainability engineering disciplines.

She takes a holistic approach to building design to construct comfortable, healthy places, with a particular focus on reducing moisture and overheating risks.
